Roy Harlan Dennis, Founder and President of the Pasadena Urban Ballroom Conservatory, a non-profit organization, was a recent graduate of the Urban Philanthropy Institute in Upland, California. As a distinguished Co-Founder, Vice President, and member of the Urban Ballroom Gents, Roy has been a dance instructor for over 13 years. He was former third Vice President of the American Legion Jackie Robinson Post #252 and sat on the Inland Valley News advisory board as a member of the planning committee for their annual Celebration of Excellence Gala Awards and Scholarship Dinner. Roy’s desire was to promote social grace, etiquette, and harmony in the community through preserving the art and history of urban ballroom dancing. He currently resided in the Los Angeles area and taught urban ballroom dancing to youth and adults in the Altadena/Pasadena ares.

 Tomarsha’s believes that dance is literally the best tool to a healthier you. Dancing improves your mental health, improves physical appearance, improves memory, improves confidence and makes for an overall happy lifesytle. Tomarsha enjoys working with young children, mid-age adults and senior citizens. She has undeniable belief that health and wellness can be accomplished through the art of Urban Ballroom dancing.    Looking forward to meeting you.
