TOMARSHA NEAL, Executive Director/Instructor.
Tomarsha’s believes that children and adults to concur what they may think is impossible. She has undeniable belief that self- confidence can be accomplished through the art of Urban Ballroom dancing.
“I believe if a child can concentrate with their mind, and structurally learn dance steps, they can develop valuable skills in the classroom and any participating sport. Urban ballroom dance can build confidance and encourages one adapt in any social environment.”

TOMARSHA NEAL, Executive Director of the Pasadena Urban Ballroom Conservatory, a non-profit organization. Tomarsha has been an urban ballroom dance choreographer for over 6 years. She is currently on the board at Alkebu-Lan Cultural Center located in Pasadena, CA as a community parent and senior activities director. She is an alumni of John Muir High School and participates in the JMHSAA. Tomarsha also desires to promote social grace, etiquette, and harmony in the community through preserving the art and history of urban ballroom dancing. She currently resides in the San Gabriel Valley area and teaches urban ballroom dancing to youth and adults in the Altadena/Pasadena areas.
Tomarsha Neal is an ambitious young entrepreneur who is an achiever in all the things she finds passion in. She is a hard working mother of two beautiful children. Tomarsha is dynamically involved in both of her children lives in regards to their future and the impact they will have in the world.
